If Ashoka Chakra wins then who will be the PM? The problem here is we need to educate the people to select the right candidate or we have to fix up any eligibility for the candidates.
If the polling machine has that Ashoka Chakra button, most of the people bear down on that button only. So the criminals (Politicians) does n't allow this...
We (people) will fight to add this Ashoka Chakra..
