I got an Idea for good selection in election!!!!!!!!

We have to bond an agreement from any one candidate in our area.
The agreement should contain
"If i win in this election, i will do the following activities,
1.............
2.................
3.......
etc.
If i missed any one of the above, i can be put into non-bailable prisonment for my lifetime"
We (people) should co-ordinate ourself and let him win. So, He should have to fulfill his promise otherwise he wont give promise about his activites.

I think its an good idea. But, for implementing this will require much effort and may be impossible to convert everybody.

My View on Election 2009

It will be good, when the polling machine has the ashoka chakra as a additional symbol for those who dont like all other candidates. Do you have any other view like this?
