I got an Idea for good selection in election!!!!!!!!

We have to bond an agreement from any one candidate in our area.
The agreement should contain
"If i win in this election, i will do the following activities,
1.............
2.................
3.......
etc.
If i missed any one of the above, i can be put into non-bailable prisonment for my lifetime"
We (people) should co-ordinate ourself and let him win. So, He should have to fulfill his promise otherwise he wont give promise about his activites.

I think its an good idea. But, for implementing this will require much effort and may be impossible to convert everybody.
